Clustering with the SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension and a SAN (9211)
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for system administrators who want to configure high availability clustering using the SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension.
Before taking this course, you must be a Novell Certified Linux Professional (CLP) or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
During this course, you will learn how to:
- Install and configure the fundamental components of the SLE HA Extension
- Install and configure Corosync/OpenAIS, Pacemaker cluster
- Describe and configure basic cluster resources
- Describe and configure node fending (using SBD)
In this course you learn about the installation and configuration of the fundamental components of the SLE HA Extension as well as the installation and configuration of a Corosync/OpenAIS, Pacemaker cluster. You are also introduced to the configuration of basic cluster resources and node fencing (using SBD).
